Metal Laser Cream

Instead of using Metal Laser Dip to laser the metal objects, for smaller objects, it is advisable to use cream. The process is similar to that of the Art Glass Frosted Cream and Art Glass Engraving Cream as mentioned.

 

Instructions:
1. Stir the cream thoroughly before use. Clean the object thoroughly. Dry with lint-free paper towel or cloth.  
2. Apply the sticker or stencil to the surface. Use a squeegee to rub down the sticker or stencil edges and remove any air bubbles. Be sure that all area of object not to be creamed or covered.  Apply the sticker or stencil to the surface.
3. Apply a coat of the cream to area of stencil or sticker.  Apply a coat of the cream to area of stencil or sticker.
4. Using the squeegee, gently pull the cream over entire area to be creamed at all once.  
5. Leave the cream on design from 15 to 30 minutes and above. (depends on the thickness of the metal) It will laser on the surface.  
6. After time has elapsed, use the squeegee to return majority of cream to container to be reused.  Return majority of cream to container to be reused.
7. Rinse creamed surface well with water to remove any remaining cream.  Rinse creamed surface well with water.
8. Remove the stickers or stencils, wash and dry thoroughly.  Remove the stickers or stencils, wash and dry thoroughly.
 

Safety Precautions

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND FIRST AID:

**WARNING:
  • Work with adequate ventilation.
  • Wear protective gloves, and clothing.
  • Wear protective goggles.
  • Test with a small piece of object on or into the etching chemicals before the process.
  • Repeat the etching chemicals for reused. No water or chemicals should be added to the etching chemicals. Stir or shake the chemical before used (follow the instruction).
  • The supplier is not liable for any injuries or damages occurred during the process, should the user is not followed accordingly to the precautions / first aids and instructions as provided.
  • Keep out of reach of children – Not intended for use by children.
** Skin Contact: Cause burns, wash with soap and water for 5 minutes
** Eye Contact: Cause burns, flush with water for 15 minutes
** If Swallowed: Drink large quantities of water, followed by milk. Do not induce vomiting. Get prompt Medical attention.
