Frosted Glaze Print E-mail

Frosted Glaze is a glaze that create a smooth, white, and matte etching finished to any clear or colour glass, glassware, bottles of irregular shape or round objects, etc. It can be used without any types of stickers or stencils. You can create  your own design by free hand writing or drawing or signatures onto the object, create elegant designs, and etching can make objects fingerprint-proof and the etched design will not peel or scratch off.

 

Instructions:
1.Clean the object thoroughly. Dry with lint-free paper towel or cloth. 
2.Squeegee the glaze with a design of your own onto the object. Squeegee the glaze with a design of your own onto the object.
3.Leave the design for at least 15 minutes and above. (The longer the time, the deeper the design). Leave the design for at least 15 minutes.
4.After time has elapsed, rinse creamed surface well with water. Rinse creamed surface well with water.
5.Clean the object with water. Dry thoroughly.

Safety Precautions

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND FIRST AID:

**WARNING:
  • Work with adequate ventilation.
  • Wear protective gloves, and clothing.
  • Wear protective goggles.
  • Test with a small piece of object on or into the etching chemicals before the process.
  • Repeat the etching chemicals for reused. No water or chemicals should be added to the etching chemicals. Stir or shake the chemical before used (follow the instruction).
  • The supplier is not liable for any injuries or damages occurred during the process, should the user is not followed accordingly to the precautions / first aids and instructions as provided.
  • Keep out of reach of children – Not intended for use by children.
** Skin Contact: Cause burns, wash with soap and water for 5 minutes
** Eye Contact: Cause burns, flush with water for 15 minutes
** If Swallowed: Drink large quantities of water, followed by milk. Do not induce vomiting. Get prompt Medical attention.
