Shipping & Handling
An additional changes to be added to the delivery if your order is:-

50gm to 500gm -> RM25.00 per parcel

500gm to 1kg -> RM30.00 per parcel

1kg to 2kg -> RM35.00 per parcel

20kg to 25kg -> RM60.00 per parcel (For industrial usage)
* Large orders other than stated above will require additional shipping & handling charges. Rates will confirm upon orders.
* There will be no charges for self collection.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If goods returnes have been altered in any manner by the customer, we will accept no reponsibility. A restocking charge of 15% will be levied on any item returned not as a result of Art on Glass Designs error. If you receive a package of any visible damage, retain all packaging for claim pruposes, and please notify us immediately.
