Silkscreen Print E-mail
Silkscreen is suitable for mass production and industrial usage. Frosted cream and frosted dip can be use to apply on silkscreen.

Instructions for frosted cream:
1.Firstly, make the silkscreen frame with the desire design. Prepare silkscreen frame with desire design.
2.Place the glass under the frame and apply the frosted cream directly onto the screen.

 Apply frosted cream directly onto the screen.

 Apply frosted cream directly onto the screen.

3.Leave for 15 minutes and above, rinse with running water. Rinse with running water.
4.Dry the glass and the design will appear. Dry the the glass.


Instructions for frosted dip or engraving dip:
1.Firstly, make the silkscreen frame with the desire design. 
2.Use silkscreen paint directly onto the frame and the glass is placed under the frame.
 Use silkscreen paint directly onto the frame.
3.Leave to dry for overnight(at least 10 hours). Leave to dry for overnight.
4.Let the paint dry throughly, then dip the glass with paint design into frosted dip or engraving dip to your discretion. Dip the glass into frosted dip or engraving dip.

Safety Precautions

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND FIRST AID:

**WARNING:
  • Work with adequate ventilation.
  • Wear protective gloves, and clothing.
  • Wear protective goggles.
  • Test with a small piece of object on or into the etching chemicals before the process.
  • Repeat the etching chemicals for reused. No water or chemicals should be added to the etching chemicals. Stir or shake the chemical before used (follow the instruction).
  • The supplier is not liable for any injuries or damages occurred during the process, should the user is not followed accordingly to the precautions / first aids and instructions as provided.
  • Keep out of reach of children – Not intended for use by children.
** Skin Contact: Cause burns, wash with soap and water for 5 minutes
** Eye Contact: Cause burns, flush with water for 15 minutes
** If Swallowed: Drink large quantities of water, followed by milk. Do not induce vomiting. Get prompt Medical attention.
