Metal Laser Dip Print E-mail
picture1_039thumb.jpg Metal Dip is a reusable liquid that can be used to laser any metals such as: aluminium, zinc, iron, pewter, copper, stainless steel and so on into different designs without using any laser equipments. The laser process is similar to that of Frosted Dip or Engraving Dip .

 

 

 

Instructions:
1. Clean the object thoroughly. Dry with lint-free paper towel or cloth.  
2. Apply the sticker to the surface.  Apply the sticker to the surface.
3. Select a plastic container larger than the object you want to Dip.  
4. Pour the Dip into the container.  
5. Slowly and carefully place the object into the container. For better result, put the sticker facing downward.  Place the object into the container.
6. Leave object in the Dip for 10 to 30 minutes and cover the container. (depends on the thickness of the metal, the longer the time, the metal will laser into pieces!!!) refer to the picture.  
7. After time has elapsed, lift the object from the container and rinse under running water.  Rinse under running water.
8. Clean the object with water. Dry thoroughly.  Clean the object.
9. Filter and return the tp its original container after used.  Filter the Dip after used.
10. Final product.  Final Product.

Safety Precautions

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND FIRST AID:

**WARNING:
  • Work with adequate ventilation.
  • Wear protective gloves, and clothing.
  • Wear protective goggles.
  • Test with a small piece of object on or into the etching chemicals before the process.
  • Repeat the etching chemicals for reused. No water or chemicals should be added to the etching chemicals. Stir or shake the chemical before used (follow the instruction).
  • The supplier is not liable for any injuries or damages occurred during the process, should the user is not followed accordingly to the precautions / first aids and instructions as provided.
  • Keep out of reach of children – Not intended for use by children.
** Skin Contact: Cause burns, wash with soap and water for 5 minutes
** Eye Contact: Cause burns, flush with water for 15 minutes
** If Swallowed: Drink large quantities of water, followed by milk. Do not induce vomiting. Get prompt Medical attention.
